About Egret

Egret is the product brand of Dhaswika Detergents, a cleaning products company established in June 2020 and based in Hyderabad, India. Read more about us.

Every Egret product is made from our own formula, developed and manufactured by Dhaswika Detergents rather than bought in and relabelled. We choose ingredients carefully to clean well while being gentle on clothes, surfaces and the environment. Each laundry detergent is made for one way of washing (front load, top load or bucket wash) so it gives the right amount of foam and cleaning for your machine or bucket.

Yes. Our formulas are tested before they reach you, and the performance of our laundry detergents is based on lab tests on selected fabrics and stains, as printed on every pack.

Yes. All Egret products are made in India by Dhaswika Detergents, Hyderabad.

Egret makes liquid detergents for front-load and top-load washing machines, bucket wash detergent for hand washing, dish wash liquid, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, liquid hand soap, car wash shampoo, and Egret Shubham pooja items cleaner.

Egret liquid detergents, floor cleaner and hand soap are best used within 24 months of the manufacturing date printed on the pack. Close the cap tightly after each use, store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.

Laundry detergents

Use Egret Matic Front Load for front load machines and Egret Matic Top Load for top load machines. Each one makes the right amount of foam for its machine type. For washing clothes by hand in a bucket, use Egret Bucket Wash.

For Egret Matic Front Load and Top Load, use 2 caps (60 ml) for a regular load and 3 caps (90 ml) for a heavily soiled load. One cap is 30 ml. A 60 ml sachet is one wash: cut the pack and pour all of it into the machine.

No. Pour Egret Matic liquid detergent into the machine and start the wash. It gets into stains quickly and removes them in the machine itself. For best results, follow the instructions on the label.

Fill a bucket with water, add 2 caps (60 ml) of Egret Bucket Wash and put your clothes in. Let them soak for 10 minutes, then wash gently and rinse.

Egret detergents are made to remove tough stains while protecting the original colour of the fabric. For best results, use the amount shown on the label and follow the washing instructions on your clothes’ care labels.

It dissolves easily and leaves no residue on clothes or in the machine. The foam is matched to the machine type, so it does not clog or choke pipes, and it helps reduce scaling. For best results, follow the instructions on the label.

Water, acid slurry, NaOH, Na2CO3, SLES, NaCl, enzymes, citric acid and Brilliant Blue FCF. Ingredients for every product are listed on its product page.

Front Load and Top Load detergents come in 60 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre packs. Bucket Wash comes in 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre packs.

Egret liquid detergent dissolves easily and leaves no residue on clothes or in the machine, and the cap makes it easy to measure the right amount for each wash.

Home cleaning

Yes. Its grease-cutting formula removes the oil and residue left by meat and fish dishes, and it is gentle on hands. It has a lemon fragrance and comes in 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre packs. For best results, follow the instructions on the label.

All types of floors, including tiles, granite and marble. It removes dirt, tough stains and sticky residue with a streak-free finish. It comes in four variants (Blue, Green, Pink and Yellow) in 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre packs. For best results, follow the instructions on the label.

Add 10 to 15 ml to a bucket of water, stir gently without making too much froth, and mop the floor. For tough stains, apply the liquid undiluted on the stain, leave it for five minutes, then rinse well with water.

Keep the bottle out of children’s reach, as the liquid can cause eye damage, skin irritation and allergic reactions. Use gloves if your skin is sensitive. If it gets on your skin, wash well with water and see a doctor if irritation develops. If it gets in the eyes, rinse with water for a few minutes and seek medical advice.

Hard water stains, limescale and tough residue. Its thick formula clings to the surface for a deep clean. It comes in 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre packs. For best results, follow the instructions on the label.

Egret Shubham is a cleaner for brass and copper pooja items. It removes oil stains, soot, dust and tarnish without scratching the metal, restoring its natural shine. It comes in a 500 ml pack. For best results, follow the instructions on the label.

Yes. Its paint-safe, high-foaming formula removes dirt, dust and road grime while keeping the paint glossy. It comes in a 5 litre pack. For best results, follow the instructions on the label.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, so your card and bank details are never shared with us. You get an order confirmation as soon as the payment goes through.

We stopped cash on delivery because of repeated fake and refused orders, which wasted products and delivery costs. Taking payment online keeps our prices low and means every order we pack goes to a genuine customer. If you change your mind, you can cancel on the same day, before delivery is initiated, and approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery charges depend on your address and order value. You will see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.

Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged. We cannot accept returns of products that were delivered in good condition, including opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, see the next question for how to request a refund.

Record a video while you open the sealed package, from the first cut to the product inside. Send us the full, uncut video with your order number on the same day the order is delivered, through our contact page.

Every request is reviewed case by case after a thorough check, and approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days. Requests without an uncut unboxing video, or sent after the day of delivery, will not be accepted. See our terms and conditions.
